- JP CBruce's photographs in several different genres and it would be difficult to say which I prefer. His portraits are wonderful character studies. The street work captures time and place with subtle detail. Time browsing the work and presentation possibilities on his website was well worth my effort.
- Janet MSpending time in front of Bruce Davis and his camera is very much like sitting for a tarot card reading. The revelations and self-discovery that come after the session through the portrait are amazing. From the beginning, Bruce was clear about the expectations for the session and he stayed true throughout the process. Seeing the portraits in print as final pieces only furthered my appreciation of Bruce’s talent as a photographer. Nothing in this experience is regrettable, and in fact I would like to sit for him and his camera again. Thank you to Bruce for his kindness, openness and acceptance of me in this shared experience.
